Imprint Information
Due to the large range of the BergHOFF collection, there are different ways to personalize the products.

Pad Print & Laser Engraving
Setup Charge: $50.00 r per location/color.
Run Charge varies depending on the method and product.

Art Charges
Nonconforming art that requires redesign will be hourly billed at $108.33 r

Proofs
All personalized orders require proof approval be productions. E-mailed or faxed proofs are free of charge. $20.00 r per imprint for product proofs plus all other regular charges, like art, running, imprint, shipping, ect. Revisions will be re-charged as new proofs and may imply additional art charges. Requested proofs, whether approved or not, is the total responsibility of the buyer.

Spec Samples
$80.00 r per color/location, in addition to shipping and product cost will be charged on all speculative samples. A rebate of 50% will applied to the first order.

Product Not Imprinted
Non personalized products will be billed at the corresponding quantity discount rate. Minimum case quantities apply.

Production Time
Standard production time is ten working days for established accounts unless otherwise specified. Rush service is available on limited items; contact us for confirmation and additional charges.

Art Accepted
Vector art is always preferred. Fully vectorized files should be created in Adobe Illustrator, or Corel Draw and saved in Adobe Illustrator *.ai or *.eps formats. Any tints (shades of colour/gray) must range between 30% and 70%. Graduated tints must be comprised of one colour only and fall into the above mentioned range. All fonts contained in these file types should be converted to outlines (lines & curves). The above mentioned formats will not be accepted with embedded or placed raster images.
